国际奥委会官网发表声明称，电子竞技正表现出强劲的增长速度，特别是在不同国家的青年人群中。

 

另外它也为年轻人参与奥运提供了一个平台成为一项被国际奥委会（IOC）认可的体育项目。

 

也就是，电子竞技有望成为奥运项目？！

E-sport is a novelty which has magnetized a tremendous amount of people, notably youngsters. Of all the E-sports game, MOBA, aka multiplayer online battle arena, has prevailed for over a decade. It is a subgenre of a real-time strategy game, in which a player controls a character and the goal is to collaboratively destroy the opposing team’s main structure, hence sophisticated skills and tactics are needed.

 

Generally, every game features three lanes connecting the two team bases and a melee is inevitable when the two team meet, which pushes the game up to its climax. The players who all think they have the game in the bag will play for more than thirty minutes per game and bring a total visual feast to the audience.
