雅思口语Part 3: How to teach the older generation to use new technology? 如何教会老一代人去使用新科技?

这个问题还挺有意思的，有时候我拿教我同龄朋友的方式来教老一代人会发现比较困难。行不通的地方就在于老一辈的人没有那个相关的背景知识。所以我的做法就是叫他们按照我说的步骤一步步来，以免他们漏掉一些重要的东西。另外呢，如果他们没有理解那么快，我就会把操作步骤也写下来，这样对他们来说就容易操作了。

What’s not working here is that they don’t have much background knowledge.
