I believe there are three primary communication skills. First, speak out your ideas clearly and slowly. Never talk too fast or mumble, which will make yourself hard to follow and understand. Second, look into the eyes of the subject you are talking to. If you constantly move your sight or avoid making any eye contact, it will make people think you are dishonest or are hiding something from them. Thirdly, do not immerse in your own world and always pay attention to your audience’s reaction. When they look confused, you should slow down and ask if they have any question. When they seem uninterested, you can tell some jokes to cheer them up.

我认为有三项基本的沟通技巧。首先，清晰和缓慢的表达你的观点。永远不要说的太快或嘟囔。这会让别人很难跟上或者理解你的思路。第二，看着你说话对象的眼睛。如果你不停移动自己的目光，或者避免任何眼神交流。它会让人们觉得你不诚实，或者对他们隐藏了什么。第三，不要沉浸在自己的世界里，要时刻关注听众的反应。当他们看起来有些困惑的时候，你应该放慢速度，并且询问是否有任何问题。当他们看起来不感兴趣的时候，你可以讲些笑话来调动气氛。
