是的，我的确这样认为。体育课应该成为必修课。为什么呢?我认为理由还是非常简单明了的，您可能在中国也感觉到了。在校的学生们很多都处于亚健康的状态。他们需要体育课来保持健康。如果他们缺乏规律的锻炼，或者如果他们甚至不知道如何科学锻炼身体的话，我估计会有越来越多年轻一代的人们会出现健康问题。

Yes, I do think so. Physical education should be compulsory. Why? I think the reason is very simple and clear here in China as you probably might have seen. Students in schools are generally in sub-health condition. This article is from Laokaoya website. They need physical education to keep their body fit. If they lack of regular exercise or even don’t know how to do wort out in a scientific way, then I guess more and more young generation would have some health problems.
