As a result, they should stop reading or listening to the news for a few days or a week. Do you think it is beneficial for people to stop reading or listening to the news for a period or of a few days or a week? Why or why not?

Today, the Internet and portable browsing grant us easy access to unprecedented amounts of information especially on news media. Despite their merits in conveying updated message, the reading should have a break.
