One of your friends has asked you to be a partner in his new business.你的其中一位朋友邀请你作为他的生意伙伴
Write a letter to reply to your friend’s offer.In your letter写一封信给你的朋友，来回复他的邀请。在信件中，
give your opinion of your friend’s business idea表达一下对你朋友商业点子的看法
tell him whether or not you have decided to accept his offer告诉他你是否接受他的邀请
and explain your reasons for this decision解释一下你做决定的原因

I believe opening a motorcycle showroom in Jersey is a very good idea and you can expect good returns on investment.Thanks for asking me to join you as a partner,but I am afraid I have to decline.I have my reason for this decision,and I have taken adequate time to determine it.I will be staying in Canada for a year to manage a sales team.This is a good career opportunity,and I cannot leave it as it is a one-time offer.Moreover,all the arrangements have already been made and cancelling it would hurt my career progress.
