Write a letter to the manager of the hotel.In your letter给酒店的经理写一封信，在信件中，

Dear Sir or Madam,

最近的先生、女士，

I have recently stayed in your hotel–ibis Hotel Heidelberg,for about a week.The temperature was unusually higher during this period and unfortunately,the air conditioner in my room was not fully operational.I am writing this letter to complain about the bad experience I have had due to this and would like you to take steps so that it does not happen again.

我最近在贵酒店-宜必思海德堡酒店居住了大概一周的时间。那时候的天气比往常要格外的高，糟糕的是，我酒店的空调还不太能正常运行。写此信是为了抱怨此次糟糕的经历，鉴于此，我希望您能够采取相关措施防止此类事情再次发生。

I checked into the hotel at midnight on 14th July and straightaway went to bed.However,after turning the air conditioner on,I realised that the room was not getting cooler and the room temperature was peculiarly high.
