You have received a letter from your bank,asking you to acknowledge receipt of a new bank card.However,the card was missing from the envelope.你从你的一行收到了一封信，请求你收件确认银行卡收据。不过，信封里的银行卡没看见。

Write a letter to the bank’s head office.In your letter:写一封信给银行总办公室。在你的信中：

»explain why you are writing解释为什么你要写此封信件

»express concern about the missing card表达你对丢失的卡的顾虑

»ask them what they intend to do询问他们会怎么处理

Write at least 150 words.不低于一百五十词

I am writing to inform you that I was delivered an empty envelope which was supposed to carry my debit card issued by the Northshire branch of your City Bank.Since I have not received any card,I can not acknowledge its acquisition.I am hoping you would investigate how this happened and issue me a new card.Also,take measures to stop any misuse of the lost card.
