You have bought a new camera but when you got it home you found it had some problems.You returned the camera and spoke to the company representative a week ago but the camera has still not been repaired.

我购买了一台新的相机，但是当你回到家的时候你发现它存在一些问题。你把相机还了回去然后和一周之前公司的代表谈了话，但是相机依然没有修好。

Write a letter to the company.In your letter:请写一封信给公司，在信件中：

introduce yourself介绍你自己

explain the situation解释这个情况

say what action you would like the company to take说一下你想让公司做一些什么

You should write at least 150 words.不低于一百五十词

Dear Sir or Madam,

亲爱的先生、女生，

A week ago I purchased a Sony digital camera from your store.I was excited when I brought it home but very disappointed to find that the product was faulty and unusable.I am 28 years old and working in a private company.I am hoping you will replace it.

一周以前，我在贵商店购买了一台索尼电子相机。当我买回家的时候特别高兴，但是结果发现这个产品有问题，用不了，很是失望。我现在二十八岁了，目前在一家私立公司工作。我希望你能够置换一台。

In relation to the specifics of the order,I purchased this Sony–Cyber-shot Digital Camera from your store on April 17th using my Visa credit card.This translation is from Laokaoya website.The order number is D4582135 and I am attaching a copy of my receipt.

具体订单的具体情况是这样的，我买的是一台索尼的Cyber-shot电子相机，在四月十七日通过维萨信用卡购买的。订单的号码是D4582135，我现在把订单的收据附上了。

The issue with the camera is that sometimes it turns off unexpectedly,strange dots appear on the LCD screen and I cannot access the photos in internal memory,so I’m sure these are manufacturing flaws.

相机的问题在于它毫无征兆的就死机了，在LCD屏幕上出现奇怪的点，然后我还不能查看内存中的相片。所以我确信这些都是生产缺陷。

As a solution,and because I really like the functionality of the camera,I am hoping that you will agree to replace the faulty one with a new and fresh one.Otherwise,I would like a full refund.If I do not hear back from you in regards to this within a week,I would like to lodge a written complaint to your higher authority.
