I assume that most Chinese people love to buy a place to live instead of renting somewhere. This is probably because of the Chinese traditional thinking which goes dwelling under one’s vine and fig tree. But most of them can’t ignore the fact that they haven’t got enough budget to own an apartment, so at the bottom of their heart, they don’t really enjoy renting a place to live.

我认为大多数的中国人们还是喜欢买房子而非租房子。这主要的原因归结于中国人民安居乐业的这么一个传统思想。但是呢，绝大多数的人们都不能忽视有限的购房预算。所以，我觉得，从中国人骨子来说，人民是不太愿意租房子住的。
