Well, off the top of my head, there’re actually many ways to let them know how to help others. The most direct way is to teach by talking. If we want children to know that helping others is a good behavior, then we can just ask them to do so. For instance, if we see someone get stuck at the door because of his over-sized luggage, then we could remind the kids to give him a hand by just helping hem pull it over. You know, sometimes an unexpected ‘Thank you’ will make kids feel a sense of achievement, which will definitely encourage them to continue doing good deeds to others.

我觉得吧，还是有很多方式能够鼓励他们去帮助别人的。最直接的方式就是告诉他们，让他们知道帮助他人是一种很好的行为。比如，如果我们看见一个人因为拖着过大的行李箱而卡在了门口，我们就可以提醒小孩去帮忙拉一把。有时候听到对方那种突然的感谢会让小孩子们觉得很有成就感，这也会激励着他们继续为他人做善事。
